Teachers get angry at students for all sorts of reasons: A Student is bullying someone. A student is trying to threaten or intimidate the teacher. A student is disengaged or apathetic.

What frustrates me – completely depends on situation so cant comment on it but with time and experience in industry i have learnt how to tackle and combat with it and does not let it hamper my productivity at workplace. What motivates me – Certainly challenging work, appreciation, and growth be it financially or in terms of knowledge.

My frustrations are: Poor tools – we are a software company and, on a daily basis, I find faults with the myriad of software we use to run the place. Just the other day I got emails saying that something was not yet done (past the deadline) when I had ensured that it was done well before the deadline.
